Bill Jefferys, President/General Manager
Billy has more than 40 years of industry experience – all with A.C. Schultes. He graduated from Thiel College in Greenville, PA with a Bachelor of Science in Geology in 1976. Once a Field Foreman, Billy has been President of the A.C. Schultes offices in Delaware, Maryland and currently the Carolina office since 2005. He has professional certifications as a Master Well Driller in Delaware and a Certified Well Driller in both of the Carolinas and Georgia. Billy enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with his family.
Randy Hudson, Production Manager

Randy is from Deptford, NJ and has more than 25 years of industry experience, all with A.C. Schultes. He was promoted to Production Manager of the Carolina office in 2000. He has multiple OSHA and safety certifications, Franklin Electric Motor Training, Baroid Drilling Mud School Training, and is a Certified Well Driller in both of the Carolinas and Virginia. Randy enjoys golfing, fishing and traveling with his family.
Kyle Jefferys, Project Manager
Kyle holds his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. With five years of construction industry experience, he currently is working towards his Professional Engineering certification. Born into the industry, Kyle’s grandfather and father worked for A.C. Schultes for more than 45 years, it was only natural that Kyle would continue the family legacy. An outdoorsman, Kyle enjoys fishing, hunting, boating and anything that involves the water.
Melissa Young, Office Manager
Melissa is the consummate office professional, and her career has spanned the state, including work in Greenville, Raleigh and Wilmington. She has been in the water and wastewater construction industry for five years, all of them with A.C. Schultes of Carolina. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her children and animals as well as horseback trail riding, camping and visiting the beach.
Pam Preast, Administrative Assistant
Originally from Beulaville, Pam is a graduate of Coastal Carolina Community College in Jacksonville, where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science. Pam began her career at Jones Onslow Electric Membership Corporation, where she met her husband. They live in Richlands with their son. Pam enjoys spending time with her family, as well as shopping and traveling.
Amy Nethercutt, Secretary
Originally from Kinston, Amy’s career in retail management and office personnel began after attending Lenoir Community College. She now lives in Beulaville where she enjoys spending time with her husband and niece. Amy’s hobbies include music and art, going to concerts and drawing.
All of ACSC field crew members are OSHA 40 certified and trained an additional eight (8) hours annually. All ACSC well drillers are certified Class A. ACSC can assure site safety, top-quality performance and high level professionalism on each job.
